aestimeter is a mobile application that provides construction cost estimation tools. The app generates indicative Bills of Quantities and material estimates based on the dimensions and parameters you provide.

All estimates are for guidance purposes only. Material prices fluctuate and local market conditions vary — always obtain formal quotes from suppliers and contractors before committing to a project.

The estimates generated by aestimeter are indicative only and do not constitute professional quantity surveying, structural engineering, architectural or financial advice.

We strongly recommend engaging a qualified quantity surveyor or contractor to validate estimates before procurement or construction begins.

aestimeter and its developers accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on in-app estimates.

Material rates used in aestimeter are periodically updated to reflect local construction market conditions but may not reflect your specific location, supplier, or time of purchase.

Waste factors, labour costs, and regional price variations are approximated. Actual project costs may differ materially from app estimates.

All content, code, algorithms, and design elements within aestimeter are the exclusive property of aestimeter and its developers.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aestimeter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
